Creepy Mug Shot

Former actor Andy Dick was arrested in California early Wednesday morning for drug possession and sexual battery. Around 1:13am officers responded to a call of a man urinating and causing a disturbance outside a restaurant. Not only did 42-year old Andy Dick have drugs on him, he’s accused of pulling down the shirt and bra of a 17-year old!!! "During a search incident to arrest, marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets. Andy Dick was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest. He was booked at the Southwest Detention Center.”


According to the Murrieta Police Department press release, “a 17-year-old female victim and several witnesses told police that as Andy Dick left the establishment, he approached two females outside the bar. Dick walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. He then was escorted by several of his friends to a truck which was stopped by arriving police officers in a nearby Sam’s Club a few moments later.”  He was held until he could come up with the $5-grand for bail.

What?

No charges are expected against a pizza restaurant clerk whose parents and husband were charged with robbing the place where she works.  Stephanie Martinez reportedly didn't know the three planned to rob the Pizza Patron Friday night in Denton.
 

Police say while the robbery was in progress, Martinez discovered her father was the robber when another clerk struck him, knocking him out and knocking off his wig and sunglasses. He was later apprehended after witnesses followed the getaway pickup.

Busted!


The lead singer of the band Barenaked Ladies has been charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Steven Page was busted for cocaine possession in New York on Friday, along with two chicks in an apartment in the village of Fayette, near Syracuse.


The police report says after the officers noticed the suspicious activity and “the people inside quickly covered the table with a towel when they saw police at the door.”  The 38-year old singer was charged and released on $10-thousand dollars bail. He’s due in court Thursday.

Making Enemies

Heidi Montag is going to love this!   “The Hills” star is making enemies everywhere she goes lately. Most recently she blew off a bunch of rescue dogs. Lauren Conrad showed up at the New York premiere of “The Dark Knight” Monday night but that wasn’t the reason she was in the city. Lauren was picked as the featured celebrity dog walker at Animal Fair magazine’s “Paws for Style” benefit Tuesday and it was actually the magazine that paid for her plane ticket out East.


Sources say she threw a hissy fit during the event, leaving after she walked the press line. Lauren was supposed to be the finale of the fashion show and strut down the runway with one of the local Humane Society’s rescue dogs. For some reason, Lauren suddenly described the experience as “humiliating” and hurried for the exit. 


Animal Fair magazine tells Perez Hilton, “Animal Fair funded her trip to New York City to come support the Humane Society at Paws for Style. Instead, she partied all week in NY and the Hamptons and failed to walk the runway for the big event.” Here is Lauren at the ‘Dark Knight’ premiere… NOT the Human Society Event!

Meanwhile, Lauren’s fashion line has been dropped by the exclusive L.A. boutiques Kitson! The stores’ owner Fraser Ross explains, “Sales were lackluster. Initially it was great.”  Ross says celebrities don’t understand they have to work at promoting their fashion lines. “They need to realize it’s no different than selling your album, your TV shows, your movies. You have to keep promoting it.”

More Former Child Star Trouble

If you watched the last few seasons of the 80’s show “Family Ties,” you might remember producers added another kid. 26-year old actor Brian Bonsall played Michael J. Fox’s little brother Andy Keaton. Like many child actors before him, Brian hasn’t worked in years and is in trouble with the law... Again.


Brian was sentenced to two years probation in Colorado in 2007 for assaulting his girlfriend. She says he poured a drink in her face as she slept, then choked her and threw her on a bed. Brian was told to stay away from drugs and alcohol and sign up for domestic violence education classes. The unemployed Brian says he couldn’t afford the classes, missed some breathalyzer tests and actually walked out during a scheduled urine test.

Why the Mac-Guy Left

Wondering what caused the break-up of actress Drew Barrymore and “The Mac Guy” Justin Long? The National Enquirer claims Drew’s drinking pushed him away. Drew and Justin met on the set of “He’s Just Not That Into You” and began dating last year. The couple gave several gushing interviews and reportedly planned to get married until Justin decided Drew’s drinking was getting in the way.


“Justin got tired of having to help Drew to the car at the end of the night,” an insider tells the Enquirer. “He felt that Drew’s ‘work hard, play hard’ attitude was more than he could take.”  Drew famously found herself in rehab for drug and alcohol abuse at the tender age of 13 after starring in the Steven Spielberg blockbuster “ET.” Sources say Drew never stopped drinking but believes she “can control it now.”  “Justin gently suggested to Drew that they both slow down on the drinking, and she didn’t take it well,” says the insider. “Her inability to accept Justin’s advice became the deal breaker.”

Kardashian in Trouble

Guess who's going to jail Friday? Kim Kardashian's less famous sister, Khloe Kardashian. She got a DUI a few months a go that flew completely under the radar, but she violated her probation – so now she has been sentenced to 30-days in county jail. Some reports say its only 3 days, but one said 30 days, so who knows???


Anyway, Khloe will surrender Friday to begin serving her time. Kim says, "I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it's never acceptable to drink and drive!"

For the second year in a row Miss USA took a digger during the evening gown competition at the Miss Universe Pageant, held in Vietnam. This year’s Miss Universe title went to Miss Venezuela, Dayana Mendoza. The 22-year old green-eyed beauty was kidnapped in her homeland a year and a half ago. Without going into detail about the incident Dayana says the experience taught her to remain calm under pressure. Once you’ve been kidnapped a beauty pageant is probably a little less intimidating.


Texan Crystle Stewart made it into the Top 10 but didn’t take home the Miss Universe title. “I think I’m going to have to take some walking classes,” says Crystle. “My dress has beautiful beads on the bottom of it, and I stepped on my gown and they made me slip. It was like I was on Rollerblades. There was no conspiracy or anything. Nobody left marbles on the floor. It was just me … I know I’ll get through it and that there are bigger and better things to come.”


During the 2007 Miss Universe Pageant in Mexico City, Miss USA Rachel Smith tripped in her evening gown, too, and the video was watched over and over again on You Tube. Crystle’s spill was a little less impressive but both ladies recovered as gracefully as possible.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's new twins aren't even 48 hours old but they're already worth $11 million - the price their parents are charging for the first snaps. Looks like People Magazine's $20 Million offer fell through?


The first photograph of the baby celebrities, a boy named Knox Leon and a girl called Vivienne Marcheline, has already been sold to a US paper for $11 million, the regional Nice-Matin newspaper said, adding that the money would be given to a humanitarian cause.
